3. Payment Terms
Customers have the option to pay either 100% upfront or 50% after website completion and approval. All payments made are non-refundable, as they cover services already consumed. To keep the website live, the package fee must be paid yearly.

4. Website Development Process
Customers must provide necessary content and information for website creation. Once the website is created and presented, they may choose to proceed with the package or opt out without any payment obligation.

5. Hosting and Domain Ownership
Hosting services are rented, not owned. Customers must renew their hosting and domain yearly to maintain website functionality. Failure to renew may result in website suspension or deletion.

6. Intellectual Property
All content provided by the customer remains their property. SE Solutions retains the right to use design elements and templates created for promotional purposes.

7. Limitation of Liability
SE Solutions is not responsible for any technical issues, data loss, or security breaches beyond our control. Customers are responsible for their website’s content and security measures.

8. Modification of Terms
SE Solutions reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Customers will be notified of significant changes.
