Payment and Refund Policy

1. Payment Terms
Customers have the option to pay 100% upfront or 50% once the website is completed and approved. The remaining 50% must be paid after one month to keep the website live. All payments must be made according to the agreed package plan, and failure to complete payments may result in service suspension.

2. Recurring Payments
To keep the website active, customers must renew their package yearly. This includes the cost of domain registration, hosting, and maintenance. Failure to renew on time may result in website downtime or loss of data.

3. Non-Refundable Policy
All payments made are non-refundable. This policy is in place to cover the cost of services provided, including web development, hosting, domain registration, and labor. Once a payment has been processed, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

4. Website Approval Process
After the website is created and presented, customers have the choice to either proceed with the package or not. If they choose to proceed, they are required to make the initial payment. If they choose not to proceed, no charges will be applied.

5. Service Discontinuation
If a customer fails to complete the required payments or renew their yearly subscription, SE Solutions reserves the right to suspend or terminate the website. Data retrieval may not be guaranteed after termination.

6. Additional Services
Any additional services, such as adding products, creating posts, or website modifications, are subject to separate charges. Pricing for these services will be discussed and agreed upon before implementation.
